We are a small, nimble, boutique mental health practice that has more flexibility for appointment options, a modern and functional approach to psychiatry, better provider accessibility, and more flexible payment options than standard, cookie-cutter, corporate-run mental health practices.

No, we do not take any insurance plans. If we did, we could not run a practice successfully or provide the needed level of service. Our pricing plans are flexible and affordable, and we can offer a “superbill” you may submit to insurance so that it can count toward your deductible.

For general psychiatry needs, a new intake is a 1-hour session and costs $250. Follow-up visits are for 30 minutes and cost $125. For UW students who are transferring care while they are obtaining their degree, and need visits every 3-4 months, this can be a very affordable option.

For new patients who are exploring symptoms and treatment for the first time, this can become expensive if more visits are needed. If so, we recommend the Premium Plan, which is a $110/month membership. This covers the intake AND up to 1 visit per month if needed, saving you 25% off standard per-visit rates.
